Help Request - Rename Files |
Hi Vanark, (you always seem to luck out with my glitches)...
OK,... here is a weird one for you, here:
https://archive.org/details/pso2017-05-21.pso2017-05-21_4060-cm3_1644matrixThe files for this upload, on my computer, are all what I wanted to have them named as, and are correct, prior to uploading.
They were uploaded tp LMA as said named files, but when I look into the FLAC download link, they are all incorrectly named. This caused me to look to the top of the page, and the derived mp3 files are similarly incorrectly named.
I went back into the Edit frame and found the FLAC files to be properly named on the backside. But they are improperly named on the linked page.
Here is what is weird...
The naming scheme that is presented is what rolls off from my splitting program, prior to being renamed to the proper standard. For some reason, the LMA bot picked up on that long since deleted name. I'm clueless to what might have happened.
The proper name sequence should be:
pso2017-05-21_1644matrix_s1t01 -> ->
pso2017-05-21_1644matrix_s1t09
~and~
pso2017-05-21_1644matrix_s2t01 -> s2t05
I'd love to take the blame on this one, but a quick check of the source folders shows correctly named files used in the upload.
I need to beg for help on this one, again, as my Mac won't allow for any editing here at LMA (tried to figure it out at TS.Com; got nowhere).

Re: Help Request - Rename Files |
It is picking up what is in the "Title" field of the metadata. You can edit that to what you want.
Edit > Change the information.
The title is pulling from the tags on the FLAC. You might want to check that out.
Hope that helps.
